02 — Payment & Allocation

A small deposit holds a place in the next batch. Memberships are processed and issued by Tropicana's team in batches, as each one fills.

Place the deposit
RM6,000 per pax for Golf (Family), RM3,000 per pax for Sports (Family). Held against a seat in the next open batch — fully refundable should the batch not be fulfilled or membership not be allocated.
- II.
Join the next batch
Each batch closes once its seats are filled. Buyers are notified the moment their batch closes.
- III.
Settle the balance
When your batch closes, the balance is requested — with 14 days to settle. Payment instructions and receipts are handled through ClubPass.
- IV.
Memberships issued
Once the batch is fully paid, Tropicana's membership team contacts each buyer directly and issues the membership immediately.

Photocopy of marriage certificate.

Two (2) passport-sized photographs of the applicant, lawful spouse, and lawful children. Please indicate names on the reverse of each photo.

Photocopy of lawful children's birth certificate — children below 18 years of age only.
